ROCK THE DIPLOMA!!!

In an effort to support the work of WCPS High Schools and to help students prepare for the Alberta Diploma Examinations, Wolf Creek Public School has entered into a partnership with Alberta based company “Rock the Diploma” to offer diploma preparatory courses for Wolf Creek students during the 2017 -2018 school year. The Board of Trustees has provided funding for these services to allow students to access this support without cost.

Certified teachers with significant curriculum experience will be providing supports and content for these sessions. These preparation courses will be offered just prior to the Alberta Diploma Exams and take place over the the weekends of:

January 5th to 7th for Social Studies 30

January 12th to 14th for Biology 30                                                                                                                                    

January 19th to 21st  for Mathematics 30.   

Location:  Lacombe Composite High School

Supper will be provided Friday and lunch and will be provided both Saturday and Sunday for students.

Each weekend session includes a Friday evening, a full day Saturday and a full day Sunday with a total approximate time of  18 hours of focused course support and review.  These sessions will be offered to all interested Wolf Creek Public School students FREE of CHARGE (Students must currently be registered in the corresponding course).

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR THOSE ATTENDING. Student MUST register online by December 15th.
