- Help students research post-secondary institutions and programs
- Post-secondary applications
- Student finance applications
- Scholarship and bursary information
- Current labor market information
- Job search assistance
- Resume and cover letter writing help
- Interview skills
- Helping student create an action plan with realistic goals
- Facilitate career development workshops to classes (i.e.. Employment Standards, Career Trends)
- Organize information interviews and job shadow opportunities
- Provide appropriate referrals to outside agencies
- Help students and staff explore career related websites
- Information on apprenticeship (RAP, Green Certificate) training
- Information on the many new career training opportunities
